The “Navy Flagship” published an article previewing the 2013 Hampton Roads 48-Hour-Film Project – speaking with the producer for Hampton Roads, Keith Flippen (in his fifth and final year in the role). Keith recalls wanting to showcase local talent as the reason he got into the role, and showcase it he has, with 2 of the past 5 years making it to the Cannes Film Festival.
