Girls On The Run August 17 Premiere!

Who knew it would take a cast of more than 100 people and six days of shooting for a film that is only 12 minutes long!  Whew!

We’re excited about the finished product and hope you’ll join us for the premiere of Girls On The Run, the short film, on August 17, 2014 at the Virginia Museum of Contemporary Art from 1:30-2:00pm!

It’s a free event, but seating is limited so reserve yours now!

Girls on the Run – A Short Film w/ Lots of Love

Jpixx has had a great opportunity this summer working with the wonderful organization, Girls on the Run, to create a short film. Our Girls On The Run short film project embodies the GOTR mission, which inspires girls to be, “joyful, healthy and confident using a fun, experience-based curriculum which creatively integrates running.”

The principal photography is complete and editing is now underway.  The premiere of Girls on the Run is slated for the end of the summer so stay tuned for more details and updates!

Though we’ve been crazy busy filming at school and at a 5k event in downtown Norfolk, we had a GIANT but talented volunteer cast and crew working together for this heartwarming project and you won’t want to miss it!
