At Jpixx, we love a good challenge—especially one that supports a great cause. That’s why we were thrilled to partner with the Virginia Beach Education Foundation (VBEF) for the “Step Up for Education” initiative! This exciting campaign aimed to inspire the community, raise awareness for VBEF’s mission, and quite literally, take strides for education.
The Challenge: 16 Days, 300,000+ Steps, 1 Big Mission
For 16 business days, Trey, our talented filmmaker, editor (and in-house runner 😉), took on an incredible challenge: doubling his steps each day and ultimately completing a full marathon by the end of the campaign—all while dressed as the iconic Beach Bags mascot!
Along the way, we set an ambitious goal to help VBEF’s Instagram (@vbedfound) reach more followers, expanding their ability to engage with the community and spread awareness of their vital programs.
For over 30 years, the Virginia Beach Education Foundationhas supported students and educators in Virginia Beach City Public Schools. Through innovative classroom grants, scholarships, and programs like Beach Bags, VBEF provides essential resources that enhance learning experiences and empower the next generation. Our campaign was a way to spotlight their mission—and have some fun doing it!
